I called Daveed's today and made reservations for the special during restaurant week. The latest time they would make a reservation for the special was 6:30. My husband and I are going on Wednesday September 5th. We have never dined at Daveeds before because of the cost but are really looking forward to trying it out! I am so excited about this event! Thursday night we are planning on checking out another restaurant we have never been to before and that is Pigall's. I will report back afterwards and let everyone know how it was!

They will not accept reservations and the special is limited to the lounge and patio, with the lounge being unavailable 9/5 due to a previously scheduled commitment.

Received this via email from One Restaurant in Mason:

We have no restrictions and reservations are not required (although we do recommend on weekends). We are very excited to part of this inaugural event and want everyone to be able to take part and enjoy.
Our menu is:
• Scallops with chipotle beurre blanc sauce, arugula and leeks
• Filet medallion with mushrooms fricassee & truffle demi glace
• Seasonal fruit tart (the pastry chef is waiting to see what is available locally)

My husband and I made our reservations at Pigall's on the 7th. The only seating is at 6pm and it's in a separate dining room than usual. Not sure about the menu yet!

Erin, below is the Pigall's menu that was emailed to me. Some other info from them indicated the RW special is good only for the Loft at communal tables with reservations. I had originally made a rez for 6:15 on Wed., which they changed for availability reasons to 7:30 when they realized I specifically wanted the RW menu. My recommendation to anyone trying to make reservations at any of the participating restaurants is that you make sure they know if you are specifically looking for the RW promotion.

1st course: spring mixed lettuces tossed with sunflower seeds, sundried cherries, red onion & parmesean cheese in a raspberry vinaigrette.

2nd course:
vegetarian-
chipotle bbq organic tofu, grilled & served with a corn, red pepper & cilantro saute & roasted redskin potatoes.

or

non vegetarian-
grilled pork napolean layered with spinach, goat cheese, roma tomato & red onion over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with a light roasted red pepper cream sauce.

3rd course-
chilled vanilla custard with candied walnuts.

Also, for $15 we will be offering a wine paired with each course.

All will be available after 5pm, September 4 to September 8.
