I took my family to Trio last Christmas Eve for lunch. As with past experiences, I found the staff arrogant and condescending. I mean, it is a strip mall restaurant, for God's sake.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not kidding--we've never been treated well there, and I'm done trying...
Once, I can understand and forgive. But on every visit?
I've never felt comfortable or welcomed...
