Ollie's turkeys




Yum. Apparently I've had my head in a hole (ostrich style) these past few years, as I never knew that Ollie's fries up turkeys for Thanksgiving every year. I've never eaten a fried turkey, but next year might be the time to start. Don't these look amazing? Have you ever tried them? Wow.

I had no idea Ollie's had fried turkey. My husband made one this year for Thanksgiving. It was delicious and it free'd the oven for other items we were preparing.

I made a smaller bird this year, so I went for the Showtime Rotisserie grill! Turned out great.

Fried turkeys taste fantastic, free up the oven, and they are done relatively quick. I'm a big fan.

I've heard people deep fry pork loin??? I'd like to try it....
